Blessed Solanus Casey spoke in a soft and quiet voice to all who came to him for help and he prayed for them. Some say his prayers cured illness. All say his serenity and counsel gave them peace. In 1946, in failing health and suffering from eczema over his entire body, he was transferred to the Capuchin Novitiate in Huntington, Indiana, where he lived until 1956 when he was hospitalized in Detroit. We are currently raising funds to begin our St. Felix Rosary Garden in honor of Solanus Casey.
